Charles Morse is a native of Jacksonville, Florida and a graduate of the University of Central Florida where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in television and radio. Mr. Morse life has been blessed, but not without sacrifice. He has worked numerous positions to find his calling.

In 1994, he accepted the position as producer and host of community out-reach programs with Orange TV.

Mr. Morse has produced such shows as:

“Be Positive”
“It’s Your World”
“Big Time”

He also worked through the Orange County’s Office for “A Drug-Free Community”.

Creating a Presence. A large percentage of Mr. Morse’s time is spent working with young people in the community, in hopes of creating an unforgettable impression and positive image for our youth and community. Charles is very active in the community and his programs are often referred to as the voice for youth. For the past nine years, Mr. Morse has made great effort to bridge the community gap, to be the voice of our youth.In addition he sits on numerous boards and committees, including:

  • The Urban League
  • The Red-Ribbon Drug Prevention Rally
  • Orange County Public Schools
  • The Office for a Drug-Free Community
  • Youth Summit
